We Have a Major Problem with the North-South Corridor: Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Shares Good and Bad News

“We have a major problem with the North-South corridor. The fact is that years later, only 5-6 percent of this much-discussed and critically important North-South road has been constructed,” said the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan today while presenting the performance of the 2021 budget in the Parliament.

“This was the bad news, and the good news is that in the last 2-3 years, there has been quite active work in various segments of the corridor. Specifically, last year we managed to asphalt 50 kilometers, which was the highest figure in recent years. This year, I believe we will exceed that number,” the minister noted.
