Serzh Sargsyan's Nephew Detained: Duration Specified

The nephew of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, Hayk Sargsyan, has been detained for two months. The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction has just announced its decision, approving the request from the pre-trial investigation authority. This information was reported by the Investigative Committee.

Sargsyan is accused of participating in mass riots. It is worth noting that Sargsyan and seven others were arrested on May 30 during the mass disturbances near the Government building.
