Secretary of the Security Council Discusses Armenian Satellite Capabilities

The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, spoke with CivilNet regarding the capabilities of the Armenian satellite, asserting that, "the satellite has above-average capabilities, including some that are unique to this satellite."

He also addressed the question of whether the satellite would be utilized in the delimitation process. "Yes, it can also record changes over time in photographs taken. It takes some time for the satellite to fully enter its operational capabilities. We are not yet receiving the necessary data that we expect, but this will happen over time," Grigoryan stated.
