Blogger Mikayel Badalyan Arrested

The Court of Appeals judge R. Mkheitaryan has granted the prosecutor's appeal to partially incarcerate Mikayel Badalyan for one month. This was reported on the Facebook page of lawyer Erik Aleksanyan.

It is noteworthy that investigations and other procedural actions are being conducted in the investigation department for serious crimes of the Yerevan city investigative office to clarify all circumstances surrounding the false report made by citizen M. B. regarding a planned terrorist act.

Mikayel Badalyan was detained on the evening of April 22.
