Gnel Sargsyan Attempted Provocation at Night, Arsen Babayan Announces

Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party council, has reported on his Telegram channel about an attempted provocation by pro-government actor Gnel Sargsyan.

He wrote: 'At 3 AM last night, the well-known supporter of Nikol, the unsuccessful actor Gnel Sargsyan made an attempt at provocation in France Square. Citizens report that Gnel was in an inadequate state. He tried to tear down the flags of the Republics of Artsakh and Armenia. The police intervened to halt the provocation and removed Gnel from the gathering place.'
