Video: Man Opens Fire at Entrance of Moscow Building

A local resident opened fire at the entrance of a "Sputnik" residential building in the Myakino microdistrict of the Moscow region. REGNUM reports that residents of the complex stated that an unidentified man entered the building and began shooting.

Two individuals were injured in the incident. According to eyewitnesses, the man had started a dispute with sellers at a nearby store, during which one of the employees urged him to apologize, which the man took offense to.

The conflict then escalated to the entrance of the building, where the shooting occurred. Eyewitnesses indicated that the man appeared to be intoxicated.
