Video: Azerbaijan Has Not Yet Presented Legal Grounds Regarding Enclaves, Says Grigoryan

Azerbaijan has not yet presented legal grounds regarding the enclaves, stated Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan during a conversation with reporters in the government.

Meanwhile, he noted that the Armenian side has legal justification concerning the enclaves operating in Azerbaijani territory.

“In this regard, Armenia's position remains that we expect Azerbaijan to provide legal grounds regarding the enclaves it has referred to,” said the Security Council secretary.
