Levon Kocharian, the son of the second President of Armenia, has entered a Facebook live broadcast from a police car. He said, “We have been taken into custody, they were trying to do it in a rude manner, in a brazen way, but somehow, the answer to all of this will be given later. What’s interesting is that we were taken in around 8:30, brought through about 50 minutes of traffic jams to the Zeytun Police Station, and when we arrived, they said there’s no room, so now they are taking us to the Erebuni Police Station. They can’t even coordinate and organize all of this properly. Our mood is combative; we know where we are going, so don’t be afraid of being taken into custody. We continue the fight; it’s better not to come to the station, it’s better to go out and continue what we are doing,” he stated.

Those in the minibus began chanting “Armenia without a thief.” It is noted that the “Resistance” movement resumed its acts of disobedience early in the morning, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. They have blocked streets in various parts of Yerevan, and the road from Mashtots Avenue to the airport is closed. The police are trying to restore traffic. There are many individuals who have been detained.
