Police Break 77-Year-Old Julietta Hovhannisyan's Arm: Hayk Mamijanyan

The 77-year-old Julietta Hovhannisyan is currently at Nairi Medical Center following a brutal and disproportionate use of force by the police. Doctors have diagnosed her with a broken left forearm.
