32-Year-Old Driver Hits Pedestrian with Toyota and Collides with Mercedes

On May 16, a fatal pedestrian accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 1:40 AM, 32-year-old Viktor Komissarov, a resident of Yerevan, struck an unidentified male pedestrian with his Toyota vehicle in front of number 13 on Kievyan Street. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, after hitting the pedestrian, Komissarov crashed into a Mercedes driven by 34-year-old Andranik Tevosyan, also a Yerevan resident.

Emergency medical personnel from Yerevan's number 11 ambulance team arrived promptly and confirmed the pedestrian's death.
