Zohrebeyan Agrees with Bayramov: "Looking Through the Armenian Side's Presented Proposal, He Said, 'Where is the Proposal?'"

It is clear what Azerbaijan wants from Armenia, and it wants it quickly. The five points thrown at Armenia represent Azerbaijan's vision for a future peace treaty. Former MP Naira Zohrebeyan wrote this on her Facebook page.

1. Mutual recognition of territorial integrity
2. Exclusion of territorial claims
3. Exclusion of the use of force and security threats
4. Demarcation, delimitation, and establishment of diplomatic relations
5. Opening of communication routes

This is Azerbaijan's agenda. But what is Armenia proposing with its six points, presented by the special envoy? It turns out that Armenia does not even have a rough idea of what it wants to include in its version of the peace treaty.

So, our six points are as follows:
Point 1: A "note+barrel" directed at Russia, stating that the letter sent from brotherly Azerbaijan has arrived 20 days late.
Point 2: Reference to the declaration on the establishment of the CIS concerning mutual recognition of territorial integrity, without any clarification that Armenia joined this document with a specific reservation.
Point 3: Merely words about the "principled" nature of the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh for Armenia, without specifying the right to self-determination, thereby not excluding, for instance, the status of cultural self-governance for Artsakh within Azerbaijan. A nonsensical "jumble".
Point 4: Fixation of the "importance" of fulfilling the obligations established by previous statements in the Russia-Armenia-Azerbaijan format, without any imperative demand or prerequisite for starting negotiations. Just a mere acknowledgment within the "light" framework.
Point 5: A statement of the Armenian side's readiness to start negotiations without any preconditions, for example, the return of prisoners of war + withdrawal of Azerbaijani forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia.
Point 6: Information that the Armenian side has approached the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group with a proposal for organizing negotiations, forgetting that just a few days earlier, Nikol announced from the National Assembly podium that waiting for the OSCE co-chairs' mediation is meaningless against the backdrop of the Russia-West conflict and that direct negotiations with Azerbaijan are necessary.

As we see, these are six points of idiocy. Yes, for the first time, I agree with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Bayramov, who, while scrolling through the first "proposal" presented by the Armenian side, said, "Where is the proposal?"
