Roma Proposes New Contract to Mkhitaryan
The Italian club AS Roma has proposed a new contract to former Armenian national team captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
According to reports from Italian media cited by Armenpress, the new contract is set for two years, but the Armenian midfielder will receive a lower salary compared to his current deal.
The existing contract with the capital team expires on July 1. After the contract ends, the Armenian midfielder will gain free agent status.
During the current season, Mkhitaryan has participated in 41 matches for the 'Giallorossi', scoring 4 goals and providing 9 assists.
