VIDEO: Major Fire in Perm

A thick black cloud hangs over Perm. A fire has broken out at a construction site in the center of the city. The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a fire erupted at a construction site on one of Perm's central streets. There are no reports of casualties.

It is reported that 36 people and 9 emergency vehicles are participating in the firefighting efforts. The fire was completely extinguished at 15:28 local time.
