Biden Sticks to His Traditional Style, Referring to Mexico's First Lady as President
Biden does not change his traditional style, referring to Mexico's First Lady as the country's president.
During a speech, Biden launched into grandiose accolades concerning Mexico. In his remarks of gratitude, he noted that they are not just good neighbors, but "real friends," for which he expressed his thanks to Mexico's First Lady by assigning her a title.
"We are real friends, partners, and there is an unbreakable bond between us, strengthened by our mutual respect and our shared commitment to the prosperity and security of our two countries. Thank you very much, Madam President," he addressed Mexico's First Lady.
