Vardevanyan: 'I Suggest Not Listening to Speeches in the National Assembly'
The National Assembly is off the agenda of the problems facing Armenia, stated Aram Vardevanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, during a conversation with reporters when asked why they do not return to the National Assembly.
'The question is in the streets; this is the situation, and therefore, I suggest not listening to speeches in the National Assembly,' he said.
According to the opposition MP, members of the ruling Civil Contract party are disconnected from reality.
'They cannot imagine the situation that has arisen in the country,' noted Vardevanyan. 'According to him, the ruling party’s MPs are not honest in their statements when they claim that people are not joining the opposition's protests.'
