Currently, the Metro is Operating at Overcapacity

The majority of streets in the capital are closed due to civil disobedience actions.

“The Yerevan Metro named after Karen Demirchyan is currently operating at overcapacity. Since early morning, in response to an increase in passenger flow, three additional train sets are in operation on the line. The interval between trains is 5 minutes,” said Tatev Khachatryan, spokesperson for the Yerevan Metro, to Hraparak.am.
