Poland Sends Massive Military Aid to Ukraine
Poland has transferred nearly 200 T-72 tanks, dozens of infantry fighting vehicles, and combat drones to Ukraine.
As of April 29, Warsaw has already delivered military equipment and supplies worth €1.5 billion to Kyiv, reports Polskie Radio.
The weaponry that has made its way to Ukraine includes 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers, as well as Grad missile systems. Poland has also provided air-to-air missiles for targeting MiG-29 and Su-27 aircraft, along with several dozen combat vehicles and Perun surface-to-air missile systems.
In addition to heavy equipment, Poland has supplied Ukraine with WB Electronics drones produced in Poland, specifically designed for reconnaissance operations.
The Ukrainian army already possesses Polish Warmate drones, which are similar to the American Switchblade, according to the statement.
