British Journalist Calls for Lower Heating, Freeze 'For Ukraine'

We should freeze 'for Ukraine.' This call was made by a British journalist in an article published in the Financial Times. According to him, residents of European countries should lower the temperature in their homes to 18 degrees Celsius to reduce dependency on Russian gas supplies, reports Ria.ru.

"We can wear more clothing, use blankets, and purchase effective battery-heated jackets," added the British journalist.

It is worth recalling that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that circumstances require decisive and immediate actions, as the Donetsk People’s Republics appealed to Russia for help. According to the Russian leader, the entire responsibility for the bloodshed will rest on the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. He urged Ukrainian soldiers not to follow the criminal orders of Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and go home.
