One Side Rejoiced - A Fantastic Opportunity to Denounce the Authorities Has Arisen, While the Other Side Defends Fiercely: Davit Grigoryan

“SHAMEFUL, MORALLY DESTRUCTIVE. The death of an Armenian woman in Yerevan resulting from a police accident has been exploited by everyone, according to their hearts and demands at that moment. One side rejoiced that a fantastic opportunity had emerged to denounce the authorities, while the other side fervently defended its political leader, as if no one should dare to say that there is a flaw above the eyes, as if the latter is holy, and their actions are unaccountable. How deserving you are of each other.

Meanwhile, we have lost a compatriot from this unfortunate incident, a future Armenian mother. Zero respect for the memory of the deceased Armenian girl, zero respect for her relatives. ZERO! I am ashamed on behalf of everyone.

We do not have a political majority or minority. We have a political mass that hates each other, disgusts each other, and survives at the expense of one another. It is a pity for the death of all of our compatriots. It is a pity that the actual owners of this deserving nation are those who accumulate dividends at the expense of the memory of a young Armenian woman and those who bargain for those dividends.

P.S. For those calling Armenia a police state while going to work by bicycle, it may be understandable that ensuring one’s own security should not be organized at the expense of others’ security. We have already understood that the flawed practice of closing roads for convoy passage has returned. It is not worth further blemishing what is already flawed.”
