Putin Awards Russian Hero Title to Chechen MP in Donbass

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the title of Hero of Russia to Adam Delimkhanov, a State Duma deputy from Chechnya, for his courage and heroism demonstrated during the special military operation. The decree from the state leader was published on April 26 on the legal information internet portal.

According to iz.ru, the title was awarded for “the courage and heroism exhibited during the special military operation in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, and Ukraine.” Delimkhanov is currently in Donbass alongside the National Guard of Chechnya.
