Investigation Launched Against Turkish MP for Remarks on Armenian Genocide

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Ankara has begun proceedings against him based on Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK), citing specific evidence that he has 'denigrated the reputation of the Republic of Turkey.'
