Ukraine Proposes Three Steps to Russia

Ukraine's Presidential Office advisor Mykhailo Podolyak has proposed to engage in a special phase of negotiations with Russia regarding Mariupol. He has suggested three steps:

  1. Declare a ceasefire for Easter in Mariupol
  2. Open a humanitarian corridor for the civilian population
  3. Initiate negotiations for the exchange of Ukrainian soldiers blocked in "Azovstal"
