France Holds Second Round of Presidential Elections
The second round of presidential elections has begun in France. Across the country, 70,000 polling stations opened at 08:00 Paris time (09:00 Yerevan time).
The current President Emmanuel Macron and leader of the National Rally party Marine Le Pen are vying for the right to lead the country. In the first round, Macron received 27.84% of the votes, while Le Pen garnered 23.15%.
