We Have a Champion. Israelian Claims Confident Victory

Erik Israelian has secured 5 victories at the European Youth Championships, three of which were by knockout. The new European champion was awarded by the president of the Boxing Federation of Armenia, Hovhannes Hovsepyan.

In the final match, Israelian achieved a confident victory over Bulgaria's Kiril Barisov. The bronze medal in this weight category went to a representative from Georgia.

The Armenian team also saw 67 kg fighter Ares Hakobyan compete in the finals, earning a silver medal. In the evening match, 80 kg fighter Hamlet Adamyan will battle for the gold medal.
