VIDEO: Wreckage of Shot Down 'Tochka-U' Falls on Residential Area, Child Killed

Footage has emerged online from Shakhtyorsk, Donetsk, showing that anti-air defenses have shot down a Ukrainian 'Tochka-U', with fragments landing on a residential area. This has resulted in a fire breaking out in the local market. A child has been killed and three others have been injured.

It is worth recalling that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that the circumstances 'require decisive and immediate actions from us, the people's republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for help.' According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will rest on the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. He urged Ukrainian soldiers to disobey the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, lay down their arms, and go home.
