Several Ukrainian Soldiers Surrender and Leave Azovstal

Five Ukrainian soldiers have left the territory of Azovstal in Mariupol, as reported by the Telegram channel of the Donetsk People's Republic police.

According to the ministry, “Taking advantage of our offer, five servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have laid down their arms and voluntarily left the territory of the ‘Azovstal’ factory,” as reported by ria.ru.

They added that Ukrainian forces learned about the surrender offer through special leaflets dropped in the industrial zone.
