France Does Not Need Russian Gas, Says Macron

France does not need Russian gas, but Europe is dependent on it. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron in an interview with France 5 television.

“Europe is dependent on Russian gas... but France does not need it,” he said.

According to him, Paris is working on purchasing gas from other countries.
