US President Joe Biden forgot that he was supposed to say goodbye. This was reported by Sputnik Near Abroad.
After congratulating Americans on Easter, Biden's wife, Jill, reminded him to wave his hand to signify farewell.
The First Lady repeated this several times.
Notably, a few hours earlier, Biden had joked while reading a book to children that he was not allowed to read at all.
