Participants of the 44-Day War Take Drastic Action: Vanetsyan Provides Details

Arthur Vanetsyan, the leader of the 'Honorary' faction in the National Assembly, posted a photo on his Facebook page, stating: 'Two compatriots, Nver and Artur, have today undertaken drastic action by going on hunger strike in Liberty Square since early morning. I understand the pain and anger of these young men, who lost many friends during the 44-day war. They consider this action a proportional response to the current situation. I urge them to end the hunger strike. We are sharing this information with you. There will be opportunities to communicate with the guys. One encouragement, of course, will not be enough... We still have a long way to go.'

Earlier, Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party's political council, shared a photo with the caption: 'Participants of the 44-day war came to Liberty Square this morning, who announced an indefinite hunger strike yesterday and are joining Arthur Vanetsyan.'
