Kadyrov Announces Start of 'Concrete' Operation in Ukraine

The Head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has announced the start of a 'concrete' special operation in Ukraine and has invited Ukrainian soldiers to surrender to federal troops, as reported by Gazeta.ru.

“A special operation is starting now, there will be a concrete result; they have asked for this, so to speak, the Ukrainians—run away, leave your positions. Escape to where the federal troops are located. You will be welcomed, fed, and given water,” Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, Kadyrov expressed the opinion that currently, there is no one negotiating in Ukraine.
