Video: Moped Driver Drags Policeman on Asphalt in Vladivostok
In Vladivostok, a moped driver dragged a policeman along the asphalt, who was presumably attempting to stop the moped rider.
The young man was halted by other drivers. This was reported by the country’s traffic police. The young driver attempted to escape but was soon apprehended. The traffic police inspector sustained injuries.
