Woman Shoots at Three Police Officers in Kansas

In Kansas, USA, a woman has injured three police officers by firing at them from a vehicle, local KSN television reports, citing the Coulee County Sheriff's Office.

According to the Coulee County Sheriff's Department, the incident occurred on Friday at approximately 12:50 PM local time. Preliminary information indicates that three deputy sheriffs discovered a suspicious vehicle on the highway, which was being driven by a woman. Law enforcement approached the vehicle and requested the driver to exit, but she refused.

When the police attempted to pull the woman out of the car, she drew a gun and fired at them. All three deputies were injured during the exchange of gunfire, and the woman was killed at the scene, according to the report from the television station.

It has been noted that all injured officers have been hospitalized, with the condition of two being assessed as good, while one has sustained more serious injuries; however, doctors believe he will recover.
