VIDEO: Viktor Medvedchuk's Wife Appeals to Britain for Help

Medvedchuk's wife, Oksana Marchenko, has reported on British citizens who have been captured by the military of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Russian Federation and has appealed to London to call for their exchange with her husband.

"It is your jurisdiction to ask your country's Prime Minister Boris Johnson to influence the Ukrainian leadership and secure the release of Aiden and Shaun, exchanging them for my husband Viktor Medvedchuk, a Ukrainian opposition politician detained by the Kyiv authorities," said Oksana Marchenko.

It is recalled that the head of Ukraine's Security Service, Ivan Bakanov, reported that Medvedchuk had been arrested in the Kyiv region. It was presumed that the special forces of the SBU, which opposed the UA, were supposed to transfer him abroad.
