Italian Ports to Be Closed for Russian Ships

Italian ports will be closed to Russian ships starting April 17, according to reports from RIA Novosti.

"Starting tomorrow, Italian ports will be closed to Russian vessels, and the ban will also extend to ships that have changed their flags since February 24," stated the Port Authority Command.

Previously, Romanian authorities announced a similar decision to prohibit the entry of Russian-flagged vessels into Romanian ports starting April 17.
