During the night, at least seven explosions were reported in Kyiv, according to Telegram channels. It has been reported that certain areas of the city have been left without power. It is noted that there is still no official information.

In his televised address, he stated that the circumstances “require decisive and immediate actions from us, and the people's republics of Donbas have requested assistance from Russia.” According to the Russian leader, the entire responsibility for the bloodshed will lie on the conscience of the regime in power in Ukraine.
