Photograph: The Memorial Stone of Artsakh Hero Leonid Azgaldyan Defaced in Yerevan

The memorial stone of the National Hero of Armenia, Leonid Azgaldyan, has been defaced. This was reported by Ara Shahumyan.

"I have no doubt that there are specific Turkish agents lurking in Armenia... Hybrid warfare doesn't happen with sticks and tails. If law enforcement agencies are incapable of overseeing and protecting our values, the 'Street Guys' institute needs to be restored and those agents should be identified and punished on the spot," he stated.

It should be recalled that just a few days ago, a mural depicting Leonid Azgaldyan was vandalized on the wall of a building located at 10 Tumanyan Street.

Leonid Azgaldyan was posthumously awarded the first degree 'Combat Cross' by both the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Armenia.
