Until now, no one has explained who transferred those lists to the peacekeepers: Alibegova

If you are maliciously chuckling or mocking that Armenian citizens were not allowed to enter Artsakh by the peacekeepers, then you either do not understand the consequences of such precedents and 'blacklists' for all of us, or you are supporting the Azerbaijani line. This was stated by Azerbaijani studies expert Angela Alibegova on her Facebook page.

She particularly noted, 'Let's clarify that until now, no one has explained who transferred those lists to the peacekeepers and on what basis access is prohibited. Moreover, if our border guards were aware, why did they not inform the vehicles passing through during checks and register the vehicle numbers? If they were unaware, then why, since this is their direct function?'

It should be reminded that the day before, opposition members of the Armenian parliament were not allowed to enter Artsakh.
