VIDEO: Footage of American War Crimes in Iraq Circulates After Coverage of Bucha Incidents in the U.S.
Following the one-sided coverage of the Bucha provocations, footage of American war crimes in Iraq is circulating within the American segment of social media, according to the Readovka Telegram channel.
Segments of the video titled "Collateral Murder," released by WikiLeaks, were filmed by American pilots on July 12, 2007, in the Al-Amin al-Thani neighborhood of Baghdad. The combat helicopter fired its 30 mm cannon at civilians after receiving approval from command.
As a result, 15 years later, none of the U.S. military personnel have faced criminal accountability for war crimes, while journalist Julian Assange, who published the footage, now potentially faces up to 175 years in prison.
