VIDEO: Kursk Region Governor Reports Attempted Mortar Attack by Ukraine

Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit has announced an attempted mortar attack from Ukraine at the border checkpoint in the Sudzhansky district of Russia.

It is recalled that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared the start of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that circumstances “demand decisive and immediate actions from us, as the people’s republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for assistance.”

According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will rest on the conscience of the regime currently in power in Ukraine. He urged Ukrainian military personnel not to follow the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and to go home.
