Addresses of Telegram Channels Engaged in Drug Sales on Buildings Discovered

In Gyumri, the Shirak region prosecutor's office is preparing materials regarding the discovery of addresses of "Telegram" channels on buildings.

A correspondent from Armenpress reports that recently, writings with links to suspicious Telegram channels have appeared on various buildings in Gyumri. Law enforcement agencies have confirmed that these are addresses of Telegram channels conducting online drug sales.

The Shirak region prosecutor's office has begun investigating the matter. Prosecutor Gurgen Grigoryan noted, "Inspections of the scenes have been conducted. Operational-investigative measures are being taken to identify the person or persons who wrote these messages, to locate them, and also to ascertain the authenticity and accessibility of the alleged websites." He reported that they have only received notifications about such posts from Gyumri at this time.

The responsible official also indicated that as a result of the actions taken, they have already had some results. Individuals who have purchased drugs through these channels have been identified, and there are charges pending, with cases sent to the court. Fortunately, there are no minors involved in these cases at this time.
