Major Car Accident in Yerevan: 'Good Guy' Removed License Plates Before Police Arrival

A major car accident occurred in Yerevan today, April 5, at approximately 00:50. Sergey Manukyan, a 29-year-old resident of Kanakeravan village, crashed his Kia Optima into a concrete barrier near the 'Dekora' furniture showroom on the way to Zvartnots Airport, flipping the vehicle onto its roof. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, before the arrival of the police, a 'good guy' pried off the license plates from the car. Firefighters, with the assistance of police and citizens, managed to turn the vehicle back upright and then proceeded with road cleaning operations.
