Major Car Accident in Yerevan: Mercedes and Honda Collide, One Injured

Today, on April 4, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 12:40 PM, vehicles of Mercedes and Honda brands collided on Artsakh Avenue. According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, one person with bodily injuries was taken to the "Erebuni" medical center.

As a result of the collision, the Mercedes veered off the road, ended up on the sidewalk, and crashed into an iron utility pole. When the police arrived at the scene, the Kazakh license plates had already been removed from the Mercedes. However, following the actions of the police, the plates were reattached.

Operational information was received at the police department that another vehicle had created a hazardous situation for the driver of the Mercedes and then fled the scene; however, citizens managed to locate the driver.
