No Document Can Restrain Baku's Barbaric Regime from Occupying All of Artsakh: Vardan Voskanian

Iranian expert Vardan Voskanian writes on his Telegram channel: We are being persuaded that pieces of paper called agreements will purportedly ensure peace for the Republics of Armenia and Artsakh.

In reality, no document can restrain Baku's barbaric regime from seizing all of Artsakh and other territories vital for Armenia if the enemy is confident it can do so through military force.

The very cessation of the 44-day war, according to half-voiced statements from Baku, occurred because the Armenian armed forces dealt heavy blows, rendering the Azerbaijani Bashibazouks exhausted. Regrettably, we have forgotten the remarks of Khrimyan Hayrik regarding the inadequacy of a 'paper spoon,' and have once again entered a phase where we are being misled into believing that our ancestral homeland, which we inherited, can somehow be preserved and strengthened not through the sword of justice but under the guise of a destructive ‘idea’ within the governance of flimsy paper.
