Zakhrova Mocks Ukraine's MFA Recommendations on 'Not Eating and Drinking'
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakhrova, laughed off the recommendations of Ukraine's MFA for its diplomats to 'not eat or drink' during negotiations with the Russian Federation.
Recall that negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations began on Tuesday in Istanbul.
'Ukraine's MFA advised diplomats during negotiations with Russia to “not eat or drink.” It would be better not to touch surfaces, Foreign Minister Kuleba,' she wrote on her Telegram channel.
'Now it is clear why Ukraine's security forces shot their negotiator Denis Kireyev in Kyiv - he ate, drank, and touched surfaces during negotiations with Russia,' Zakhrova responded.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense confirmed the death of Denis Kireyev, a member of the Ukrainian delegation in talks with the Russian Federation.
