Today, a memorial service was held at Westminster Abbey to honor Prince Philip, who passed away last year. Members of the royal family arrived at Westminster Abbey this morning to pay their respects to the late prince.

Queen Elizabeth II's attendance had been in question due to health concerns, but she made an appearance. It is noted that the queen had not been seen in public for nearly five months.

This is the second time the queen has been seen at an event with a cane. She walked into Westminster Abbey accompanied by her son, Prince Andrew, who had previously been at the center of a scandal involving allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor and has paid a settlement to accuser Virginia Giuffre.
