Ukrainian Forces Shell Border Checkpoint in Kursk Region

The checkpoint in the village of Tetkino, Kursk region, has come under shelling from Ukraine, with no reported casualties or damage, said Governor Roman Starovoit.

“Today, on March 29, the border checkpoint in the village of Tetkino was shelled by Ukraine. The firing point was suppressed by return fire from soldiers, and there are no casualties or damage. We urge everyone not to panic; the situation is under control,” the governor stated on his Telegram channel, as reported by RIA Novosti.

The governor clarified that the firing from Ukraine was carried out using firearms and grenade launchers.

“Shots were fired from firearms and grenade launchers from Ukrainian territory,” the governor detailed.
