Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan Invited to Anti-Corruption Committee

The Anti-Corruption Committee has summoned Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan for questioning today, March 29. This information was reported by NEWS.am.

It is noted that the minister does not have any status in the initiated criminal case. It is currently unknown what criminal case these investigative actions are connected to.

It should be mentioned that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent Minister Piloyan on vacation for 14 days yesterday.

Recall that law enforcement officers were conducting searches at the Ministry of Emergency Situations yesterday. Following the search, law enforcement took several employees of the MES to the Anti-Corruption Committee for questioning.

Auroranews contacted the press department of the MES to ascertain whether there were any details regarding the criminal case that these investigative actions are related to, and they informed us that the minister is on vacation and they do not have information on the subject.
