Matviyenko: 'We hope this situation will end with a peace treaty'
Russia is hopeful that the situation created around Nagorno-Karabakh will end with a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, stated the Chairwoman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko.
“We have great hope that this situation will end with a peace treaty; we genuinely want that,” she said.
