Cavusoglu on Negotiations Between Russia and Ukraine

The most significant progress in the negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine was achieved during the talks in Istanbul. This opinion was expressed by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu at a press conference held at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul, as reported by TASS.

"We see that some progress has been made during today's meeting; certain issues have been agreed upon," said the Turkish Foreign Minister, refraining from providing details.

Cavusoglu stated that more complex issues need to be discussed at the level of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
