Russia Must Ensure that Donbass Never Suffers from Kiev's Regime Again: Lavrov
Russia, in negotiations with the Ukrainian side, is obliged to ensure that the people of Donbass "never suffer again from Kiev's regime." This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with Serbian media on Monday.
“When we are currently negotiating with the Ukrainian side, we must ensure that the people of Donbass never suffer again from Kiev's regime,” he said.
